Our standard cakes consist of four layers of fluffy sponge -per tier-, filled with three layers of our signature silky smooth Swiss buttercream, and a layer of strawberry or raspberry jam. Cakes are then finished with a coat of Belgian chocolate ganache (or buttercream), before they are covered in fondant. This ensures a flawless finish, and a stable foundation for our intricate decorations.
